Do you miss the true Norwegian Christmas spirit - or are you just curious about how Norwegians celebrate Christmas? Then we invite you to a full evening of Christmas parties, Christmas hits and dancing at BaneGarden. We cover up for a real Norwegian Christmas table with everything your heart (and stomach) can desire: ribs with crispy sows, Christmas sausages, grave salmon, herring and of course rice cream with red sauce for dessert. There will also be delicious vegetarian alternatives for everyone to join in. Once the food is eaten, we fire up the music bank with Christmas hits before the DJ takes over and provides the festive atmosphere for the rest of the evening.
Menu
- Grilled salmon with mustard sauce and rye bread/vegetarian: Raw pickled beets with mustard sauce, pickled currants and salted cucumber
- Two kinds of herring/vegetarian: baked yellow beets with apple, pickled onions, cornichons, capers and cress.
- Ribs with crispy sows, brown sauce, red cabbage and potatoes
- Christmas sausage with cranberries/vegetarian: Braised butternut squash with orange and hot spices
- Kale salad with grilled onions, lingonberries, roasted rye kernels and apple vinaigrette
- Rice cream with red sauce

- Ticket price includes dinner, music bank with Christmas hits and DJ, dance and party
