Our skilled chefs have developed an organic Christmas dinner that gives the classic Christmas menu a little twist — but you can still look forward to all the good classics from the Christmas table. We spice up the evening with DJ, drinks and of course music banko with Christmas hits Menu Appetizers Curry herring with apple, pickled onion and cress Yellow bean with curry, apple, pickled onion and sour cream Chicken salad of grilled, smoked chicken with pickled mushrooms Parsnip salad with pickled mushrooms Gravad salmon with smoked cheese and pickled cucumber Smoked beetroot with smoked cheese and pickled cucumber Freshly baked sourdough bread and rye bread from Perron Main courses Confit duck leg with duck sauce flavoured with orange Confit hokkaido pumpkin with vegetable sauce-flavored with orange Red cabbage with hot spices and smoked almonds Kale salad with grilled onions, cranberries, roasted rye kernels and apple vinaigrette Potatoes with browned butter and thyme

We do not have the ability to take into account allergens
We start with the Christmas buffet, and then throw ourselves over the music bank with the best Christmas hits. After that, the DJ plays the rest of the evening.
