Join us for a relaxed morning with sourdough buns, butter-baked pastries, and freshly brewed coffee in our cozy wooden barn. Come as a group or meet others who are at the same stage of life as you. 🎀

Your ticket includes a cup of filter coffee and an organic sourdough bun with cheese from Perron. You can also purchase pastries on the day and treat yourself to a true classic such as a croissant, a tea birch, or a cardamom bun.

We’re looking forward to a cozy day filled with babies, lovely prizes, and genuine maternity fun.

**Practical info for little ones 👼🏼**

At BaneGarden, we have changing tables and large, spacious rooms. Strollers can be parked just outside the barn, directly in front of large windows, so they’re always within view. Please note that we don’t have high chairs for everyone, so expect to hold your child on your lap or bring a play mat or blanket so they can relax nearby.

On Thursday, January 29, we'll take on the big questions with leading experts and research from both theory and practice in our way of seeing the planet and ourselves.

Søren Ejlersen & Umahro Cadogan take you on a journey into the body and into the orbit of the planet. We dive into the fascinating world of bacteria and mycelia, in the soil, in the air, on and inside you. How does it affect us when we eat biodiverse or when we don't? And how does the way we grow and produce our food shape the microbial life around us - and within us? \
Expect plenty of knowledge, anecdotes and energy as Umahro and Søren share insights from both the lab, the field and the kitchen.

We invite you to a green and vibrant meal where plants, bacteria and taste work together across climate and culture. Fermented plants meet colors, ginger, turmeric and all the flavors of the Middle East in a wonderfully spicy Danish raw material setting.

Planetary dinner with Søren Ejlersen and Umahro Cadogan: Earth is alive

Start the year with inspiration for greener dishes with lots of flavor and depth. We invite you inside for an atmospheric winter dinner in the old barns, where the focus is on green food with lots of flavor and depth - and on drinks that do not require percentages to be good. Our skilled chefs have put together a vegetarian, umami-filled 7 course menu, served in 2nd serving. In the bar you will find, in addition to our regular assortment, a selection of non-alcoholic wines and kombucha.

It will be informal, cozy and down-to-earth. The food is served family-style at long tables in two heats: first smaller shared green dishes, and then a hot main serving focusing on umami and depth in the vegetables. You just have to sit back, we'll take care of the rest.

And as something special: included in the price are two recipes from tonight's menu, so you can take the taste experience home and impress guests at home with green dishes.

Can you tell the difference between a German Silvane and an Italian Sangiovese? And what really happens when you pair the right wine with the right dish?

BaneGarden invites you to an evening where you will sharpen your wine tasting — and your senses. You will be guided by **Henrik Solkær, WSET3 sommelier and founder of the Wine Lounge and Gastro Class**, and who with 30 years in the food and wine business shares his passion for taste and food matching.

The evening starts with a brief introduction to the art of wine tasting: How do you actually smell, taste and evaluate a wine? Then we go to the table, where our kitchen serves a three-course ** 100% organic menu with accompanying organic wines**. Along the way, we'll stop and talk about what you're tasting — what notes will you find and which wine do you think is best suited to the dish?
