Anna Studios is a community where women can cultivate dance, movement and joy of life without feeling confined in a space where you can be yourself and feel your own strength. Now you can come along to yoga with Anna as an instructor in our cozy barns.
The class is 60 minutes of Vinyasa yoga, which is a dynamic and energetic form of yoga. We start with a gentle warm-up focusing on mobility and flexibility throughout the body and finish with a calm cool-down with long, soft stretches.
Along the way, we work our way through the whole body at a pace where you can expect to get a little sweat on your forehead - and where everyone can join, regardless of experience with yoga.
We start with yoga and then serve freshly baked sourdough buns from Perron with butter and cheese, as well as freshly brewed coffee and tea. Take your bags out to Vildhaven or the square, or stay seated inside the doors until you are ready to go out on Sunday.
