Love & Clay — pottery and speed dating at Banegaarden

Learn to shape your own cup in clay over a glass of wine and cozy conversations with other singles your own age. Love & Clay combines pottery with speed dating, where you meet across the table, help each other shape your cups and change seats along the way. In this way, you will have the opportunity to talk to several participants during the evening — in a relaxed setting where the clay gives you something common to gather around.

We hold Love & Laughter twice, adapted to different age groups:

• Sunday, November 22, 2026 — 40—55 years

• Saturday, January 9, 2027 — 25—40 years

Ceramist Cecilie von Haffner from the Menagerie workshop guides you in shaping your own cup with the pinching technique — a sensual and playful way of working with clay. You do not need any experience with ceramics or special creative abilities. Simply feel like trying something new and meeting other singles.

Over the course of an hour and a half, shape your own cup with the help of the other participants and Cecilie's guidance. After the workshop, we will burn and glaze your work so that it is ready for collection at BaneGarden approximately 3-4 weeks later.

Price: 495 DKK per person.

Clay, burning, glazing and a glass of wine are included in the price. You can also buy sandwiches and snacks.
