On Saturday, August 29, on the occasion of Copenhagen Cooking, you can experience an unforgettable dining experience when Karlos Ponte — formerly of Taller, Noma and El Bulli — together with Victor Wågman — formerly of Bror and Noma — create a sustainable dinner that we serve in the beautiful surroundings of the Væksthuset.

With a focus on minimizing food waste and relying on local organic ingredients, you can look forward to 5 creative dishes from the hands of Karlo and Victor, served with a look to the wilderness and treetops.

You can be surprised by the menu itself, composed of ingredients including wild mushrooms and herbs from Wildfooding, Danish corn, Rossini caviar and organic Angus from Farmers Circle. The wines are equally organic and from Cascata Fine Wine, and the vibe -- yes... like Taller x Bror @ BaneGarden.

Our outdoor bar and food stalls stay open all day, so come early and enjoy late summer vibes and cool organic wine on the square before dinner — and stay tuned for Saturday atmosphere and organic cocktails after dinner.
