Join us for a unique joint meal with Søren Ejlersen

The community dining is based on Aarstiderne Weekend Måltidskasse “Sørens Weekend”. Here the focus is on the good Danish ingredients, made as share-friendly dishes.

It will be covered for a long table dinner, so take the whole family or good friends under your arm and look forward to an evening in Banegaaarden's cozy wooden barn, where you just have to bench, enjoy the good company and leave us for dinner.

The plan for the evening:

5.30pm: Doors open for check-in

6 p.m.: Welcome

6.15pm: Dinner is served

8.30pm: Thanks for tonight

What's included

Menu:

  • Butternut squash with kimchi dressing

  • Fried chicken with fried shallots and ras el hanout

  • Vegetarian alternative: Tofu with ras el hanout and fried shallots

  • Roasted potatoes with garlic and lemon

  • Seasonal salads with beets and pickled greens

  • Fermented salsa and bissarra with sourdough bread

  • 17.30: Doors open for check-in

  • 6:00 p.m.: Welcome

  • 6:15 p.m.: Dinner is served

  • 8:30 p.m.: Thanks for tonight

Drinks can be purchased at the bar throughout the event.
