Start the year with inspiration for greener dishes with lots of flavor and depth. We invite you inside for an atmospheric winter dinner in the old barns, where the focus is on green food with lots of flavor and depth - and on drinks that do not require percentages to be good. Our skilled chefs have put together a vegetarian, umami-filled 7 course menu, served in 2nd serving. In the bar you will find, in addition to our regular assortment, a selection of non-alcoholic wines and kombucha.
It will be informal, cozy and down-to-earth. The food is served family-style at long tables in two heats: first smaller shared green dishes, and then a hot main serving focusing on umami and depth in the vegetables. You just have to sit back, we'll take care of the rest.
And as something special: included in the price are two recipes from tonight's menu, so you can take the taste experience home and impress guests at home with green dishes.

- Cauliflower puree with confit leeks and walnuts
- Pumpkin seed spread with pickled winter vegetables and dukkha
